Choose your tour, pick a date in the tour’s booking calendar and send a booking request – no payment is needed at this stage. We’ll confirm your booking by email within 24 hours, and call you about 1–1.5 hours before the tour to agree on the pick-up.

You pay on the day of the tour, by card (payment terminal) or in cash. There’s no prepayment.

• Northern Lights Tour: 149 € adult / 99 € child
• Ice Fishing on Lake Inari: 145 € adult / 99 € child
• Altai Skiing: 125 € adult / 99 € child

Child price applies to children aged 0–12. From 13 years the adult price applies.

Cancellations made less than 4 days before the tour starts are charged 100% of the total price. Please let us know about any changes or cancellations by email or WhatsApp as early as possible.

If we have to cancel a tour because of the weather or conditions, we’ll offer you a new date.

No one can guarantee the Northern Lights – they are a natural phenomenon. Janne checks the aurora and weather forecasts before every tour: if they look poor, we don’t head out but offer you a new date instead.

If the tour goes ahead but the lights stay hidden or remain weak, the normal price applies. Tip: book your aurora tour early in your holiday, so there’s time to reschedule if needed.

Yes. Pick-up from your accommodation is free in Ivalo (within 5 km of the centre). On the Northern Lights Tour, pick-up is also free in Inari, and from Saariselkä it costs 100 € per booking (pick-up and drop-off).

Staying somewhere else? Just ask – pick-ups from other places can often be arranged.

Our groups are small: 2–8 guests per tour. The minimum is 2 participants.

• Northern Lights Tour: all ages welcome.
• Ice Fishing: children from 4 years – small children get cold easily in sub-zero temperatures.
• Altai Skiing: children from 8 years, around 140 cm tall because of the ski length.

Child price 99 € (0–12 years) on all tours.

Dress in 3–4 warm layers: warm base and mid layers (merino wool is best), woollen socks and a windproof outer layer. On the ice fishing tour we provide warm overalls, boots and gloves. On the Altai skiing tour skis and poles are provided, but winter clothes are not included. On bright spring days, bring sunglasses.

• Northern Lights Tour: 25 August – 25 April, every evening at 20:15.
• Ice Fishing and Altai Skiing: 1 December – 10 April, every morning at 10:00.
